There are a number of states across the U.S. that have legalized cannabis. Some of these states even allow people to have cannabis products delivered right to their home. If you are interested in these services, this article will be of help.

Arizona

Arizona is known for its strict regulations concerning cannabis, especially when it comes to delivery services. Anyone who transports cannabis to customers’ homes must be registered with the state.

Arkansas

Only patients who are over 18 years old can have cannabis delivered to their home. These patients must also be registered with the state and possess a valid card.

Connecticut

The state of Connecticut allows for cannabis delivery to patients that are part of the state’s medical marijuana program.

Delaware

Only medical marijuana patients can have cannabis delivered from licensed dispensaries in this state. These patients must be able to produce documentation of their medical marijuana card.

Florida

Cannabis delivery services are available to Florida residents who are on the state’s Medical Marijuana Registry. Each patient who wants these products delivered must put their order in through this registry.

Illinois

Only licensed dispensaries in Illinois can deliver cannabis products to qualifying patients who are registered with the medical marijuana program.

Maine

While recreational marijuana has been legalized in the state of Maine, only medical marijuana patients will be able to have it delivered to their homes. They need to be officially registered with the medicinal cannabis program and use a licensed distributor.

Maryland

Maryland has made it legal for medical marijuana patients to get everything from flowers to edibles delivered to their homes. It is necessary for these patients to call a registered dispensary when placing this type of order.

Massachusetts

Massachusetts also allows for cannabis delivery, but only for medical marijuana patients. It is, however, very likely that recreational cannabis delivery will be legalized sometime this year.

Michigan

Recreational marijuana has been legal in Michigan for a little over a year now, and delivery services recently become available. Medical marijuana patients can get these products delivered.

Minnesota

Dispensaries that are licensed by the state are allowed to deliver cannabis products to medical marijuana patients. The only products that are allowed for delivery include topicals, oils, capsules, and various liquids.

Montana

Only licensed employees of dispensaries can deliver cannabis to a patient’s home. The patient must show proof of registration each time.

New Hampshire

In New Hampshire, patients can take advantage of delivery services from licensed distributors.

New Jersey

There are a number of dispensaries in New Jersey that deliver to patients that are registered with the medical marijuana program.

New Mexico

If you have a medical marijuana card in New Jersey, you can place an order for home delivery through a dispensary that is licensed by the state.

New York

In New York, medical marijuana patients have the option of getting delivery for a number of cannabis products. The business they get these products from has to be licensed by the state though.

North Dakota

This state also lets medical marijuana patients get deliveries from state-licensed businesses that have a brick-and-mortar storefront.

Ohio

Only qualified medical marijuana patients can get cannabis delivered to them in Ohio.

Rhode Island

Those who have a medical marijuana card from another state can get cannabis delivered here.

Utah

If you have a medical marijuana ID card, you can get cannabis delivered in this state.

Dispensaries that are licensed by the state can deliver to the homes of patients, but they must show their registration documentation.
